Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when your agency creates an account or uses Recruit ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your agency. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Recruit is

Recruit is an AI-first ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies: an assistant, CV reading and matching, a candidate and client database, pipeline boards, a mailbox, a client portal and reporting. Plans and included features are described on the pricing page.

3. Your data, your responsibility

Your agency is the data controller for the candidate and client data you upload. You confirm you have the right to process that data — including any consent needed from candidates — and to have it processed by us as your data processor. Recruit is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or legality of data your agency uploads.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to discriminate against candidates on any protected characteristic.
• Don't attempt to access another agency's data, or probe, scan or bypass agency isolation.
• Don't upload unlawfully obtained data, or use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Don't reverse-engineer, resell without a White Label agreement, or use the Service to build a competing product.

5. AI output

Match scores, drafts and reports are generated to assist your recruiters, not to replace their judgment. Recruit does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Hiring decisions remain your agency's responsibility.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed per recruiter seat, monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change to an active subscription.

7. Service availability

We target high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. Current status is available on request.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate with notice as set out in your order form, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within 14 days of being told. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Recruit's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by your agency in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
